We do NOT accept returns or issue refunds for orders placed incorrectly or if you change your mind after payment has been received. In extreme circumstances we may issue a refund but this will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Please inspect your order once it has been delivered & notify us within 7 days if an item has arrived damaged or defective. If we are liable for the fault, we will organize a replacement/refund as quick as possible. The damaged item may need to be returned before a replacement/refund is issued. Please do not send products back to the manufacturer. We may need to organize the collection if it was sent directly from one of our Australian Suppliers. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
