CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer exchanges or issue refunds for change of mind.
Please inspect your order once it has been delivered & notify us within 7 days if an item has arrived damaged or defective. If we are liable for the fault, we will organize a replacement/refund as quickly as possible. All refunds will be in full, including any shipping costs incurred. The damaged item may need to be returned before a replacement/refund is issued. Please do not send products back to the manufacturer. We may need to organize the collection if it was sent directly from one of our Australian Suppliers.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If an order is returned to us due to the incorrect delivery address being entered or if the parcel was not collected in time, any re-delivery fees will need to be paid before we re-send the order. The original postage costs will not be refunded & the full amount of return postage costs will be at the buyers expense (this amount may be higher than the flat rate postage cost originally charged).
If a refund is granted in a scenario where we are not legally obligated to offer a refund, the original postage costs will not be refunded & a 10% restocking fee may also apply. If the buyer did not originally pay postage costs due to a free shipping offer, full postage costs will also be deducted from the refund.
