We do not offer exchanges or issue refunds for change of mind. If a refund is granted in a scenario where we are not legally obligated to offer a refund, a 10% restocking fee may apply.
If an order is returned to us due to receiving the incorrect delivery details or if it was not collected in time, any re-delivery fees will need to be paid before we re-send the order.
Please inspect your order once it has been delivered & notify us within 7 days if an item has arrived damaged or defective. If we are liable for the fault, we will organize a replacement/refund as quickly as possible. The damaged item may need to be returned before a replacement/refund is issued. Please do not send products back to the manufacturer. We may need to organize the collection if it was sent directly from one of our Australian Suppliers. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
