Returns Policy

Please ensure you read the item description & check any measurements before placing an order. 

CHANGE OF MIND 

We do not offer exchanges or issue refunds for change of mind.  

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS 

Please inspect your order once it has been delivered & notify us within 7 days if an item has arrived damaged or defective. If we are liable for the fault, we will organize a replacement/refund as quickly as possible. All refunds will be in full, including any shipping costs incurred. The damaged item may need to be returned (at our expense) before a replacement/refund is issued. Please do not send products back to the manufacturer. 

INCORRECT DETAILS/NON-COLLECTION

If an order is returned to us due to the incorrect delivery address being entered, or for any other fault made by the purchaser, any re-delivery fees will need to be paid before we re-send the order. The original postage costs will not be refunded & the FULL amount of return postage costs will be at the buyers expense (this amount may be higher than the flat rate postage cost originally charged). If a refund is required, a 10% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.
